What if I lose the voucher or it does not arrive?

The voucher has the line "Do not Fold" on it but the envelope my chosen provider has sent me is smaller than the voucher, what should I do?

Q. What if I lose my voucher or it does not arrive?
A. Should you lose the voucher or you don't receive it, you can either email us using the following link:

Replacement voucher request

or call the Child Trust Fund Helpline (see contact us button at the top of the page). You will receive a new one within a month.

Q. The voucher has the line "Do not Fold" on it but the envelope my chosen provider has sent me is smaller than the voucher, what should I do?
A. Some providers are happy to accept vouchers folded as their systems can cope with this, it is not a problem. Just make sure the voucher is in the envelope that you send to your chosen provider.
